Following

recruiting process composed of the following five major steps:
Candidate Identification
All
of the tools at our disposal are employed to surface candidates: our specialized database in
Burlington; other databases within the MRI network; researchers who go beyond the established
databases; project coordinators who use networking skills throughout the marketplace; and all
the aspects of the Internet. Speed of action is critical in this area.
Candidate Qualification
Each
potentially viable candidate is interviewed thoroughly and evaluated against your previously
defined needs. Potential issues regarding relocation and compensation are surfaced and
addressed early in the process.
Presentation
Only
those candidates which match your specifications and only those judged to be motivated to
change are presented for your interview process.
Interview Process Facilitation
As appropriate, we arrange interview schedules and travel accommodations. Video
conferencing is made available through MRI's 300+ unit network. Reference checks are completed
at an appropriate point in the process.
Closing the Deal
We provide your candidate-of-choice and his/her family all the information needed to
make a positive decision including relocation detail. We will mediate any final compensation
negotiations to ensure that both you and the candidate are winners in the process.
